Complaints are important……….when resolved they lead to improvement!!!!!

Complaints procedure

By law all care homes, nursing homes and hospitals should have copies of complaints procedures in place for you or the individual to read.

The complaints procedure should be written in a format that the   individual can understand e.g. picture form, large letters, audio, braille, Makaton, sign language, different languages etc.

Whether you are a Carer, a Nurse, a Doctor or a Member of the public-it is important that you report any concerns you have.

IF YOU DO NOT REPORT IT HOW CAN THINGS GET BETTER?!

DO NOT LEAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE TO REPORT IT!
